Dance
My name is Mrs. Demyan and I am the dance teacher here at PS102!
Global dance is a dance-education program that will provide students with a multicultural education and experience through dance and fitness.
Students in grades K-5 will explore, create, replicate and observe multiple types of dances.
They will build their technical and expressive skills, develop their artistry and experience the power of dance to communicate.
They will understand dance as a universal language and a legacy of expression in every culture.
Most importantly, we will dance, exercise and have lots of fun doing so!
